Baked Oatmeal

Try my Baked Oatmeal with farm fresh eggs to taste the difference.

2 cups Old Fadhioned Rolled Oats

1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Pinch of Salt

Stir together until well combined.

Add:

1/4 cup Golden Raisins

1/4 cup Dried Apples, chopped

2 handfuls Pecan or Walnut pieces

1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries

Gently mix into oats.

Then add:

1 beaten Farm Fresh Egg

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 cup Milk

2 tsp. Olive Oil

Mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes at 375 degrees.

Cool slightly and enjoy!
