Cheesy Garlic Grits

Creamy, velvety, grits with a hint of garlic and cheddar. It’s the perfect addition to any breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

In a small saucepan, over high heat, bring to a boil:

  • 2 cups Water

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

  • Black Pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp. Butter

  • 1 Clove Garlic, smashed

Once boiling, reduce to a medium heat and add:

  • ½ cup Quick 5 minute Grits

Stir well. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5-7 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add:

  • 2 ounces Cheddar Cheese, diced

Stir to combine.

Serve and Enjoy!
