Egg Drop Soup

This light and savory soup has a delicate, warming flavor that’s perfect for a cozy meal.

Servings: 1-2

Cook Time: 15 mins


To a pot over medium heat, add:

  • 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth

  • ½ tsp. Dried Minced Onions

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder

  • ⅛ tsp. Ginger Paste


Bring to a low simmer. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Stir to bring the broth to a good swirl. Slowly pour in:

  • 2 Eggs, beaten


Continuing the gentle swirling of the broth while pouring in the Eggs to form egg ribbons. Top with Chives or Green Onions.
