Egg Roll In A Bowl

All the deliciousness of an egg roll but without the wrapper! Hints of garlic, ginger, and toasted sesame oil make this a hit on the farm. Use any meat you would like. Chicken, pork, ground beef or turkey, or even shrimp is delicious. Play with the ingredients to make the perfect meal for you and your family.


In a heavy skillet over medium high, heat:

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Once hot, add:

  • 1-1/2 tsp Ginger Puree

  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped

Cook until fragrant. Add:

  • Meat of your choice, thinly sliced or ground

Cook until 75% done. Then add:

  • 1/4 head of Cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 Onion, diced

  • 2 Carrots, thinly sliced

  • 3 or 4 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Pepper to taste

Sauté until vegetables are just tender and meat is cooked through. Serve and Enjoy!
