Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

So smooth and creamy and it’s made in your MICROWAVE! This recipe couldn’t be easier.

Peanut Butter Fudge

In a heavy 1-1/2 qt microwave safe casserole dish, stir to combine:

  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar

  • 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk

Add:

  • 7 Tbsp Butter

Microwave for four minutes. Stir. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add:

  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Stir slowly until marshmallows are fully melted . Then add:

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter

Moving quickly, whisk until peanut butter is completely incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Pour into a buttered 8x8” casserole dish. Allow to cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!

*Note: This recipe was developed for a 1500 Watt microwave. Please adjust cooking times based on your microwave model.
