Orange Cupcake

In a bowl, combine:

  • 1 box, yellow cake mix

  • Zest of 1 Orange

  • 1 tsp. Ginger

  • 10 drops of red food coloring(or until orange)

Follow ingredients and mixing instructions from the package,replacing water with Orange Cream Soda. Once mixed, spoon into a paper lined cupcake tin, bake according to package, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely then top with no-cook fudge frosting. 

Fudge Frosting

In a mixing bowl, add:

  • 3-3 ½ cups Powdered Sugar

  • ½ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • ½ cup Butter, softened

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

  • ⅓ cup boiling Water

Mix on low speed to combine. Once combined, increase speed to medium. Beat for 1 minute. Add additional Powdered Sugar as necessary to reach the desired consistency. Cool for 30 minutes. Frost your cupcakes and Enjoy!
