Sausage Balls

The perfect combination of cheese, sausage, and garlic. A great snack for any time of day. 

Sausage Balls: 35-40                       Cook Time: 40

To a bowl add:

  • 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder

  • ½ tsp. Salt

  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder

  • Black Pepper to taste

Whisk together dry ingredients. Add:

  • 1 lb. Ground Sausage

  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, grated

  • 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 2 Tbsp. Milk

Using fingers, mix all together until well combined. Scoop out and roll into 1 inch balls. Place on a greased, foil lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 400° Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt. Serve and enjoy.
