Sloppy Joe

A little bit sweet, a little bit tangy. All the very best parts of a Sloppy Joe. 

Servings: 4

Cook Time: 30


To a skillet brown, over medium heat:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • Pinch of salt


Drain grease. Then add:

  • ½ Green Bell Pepper, chopped

  • ½ large Onion, minced

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced

  • Black Pepper to taste


Cook for another 5 minutes. Then add:

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste

  • 1 can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp. Ketchup

  • ¼ cup Water


Stir to combine. Cover with lid and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Take the lid off and simmer for another 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Server and Enjoy!
