1/2 tsp. Oregano

1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced

1/2 Onion, diced

Black Pepper to taste

Gently combine ingredients without overworking your meat. Loosely form into a loaf and place into crockpot (watch my video for some quick tips to cook your meatloaf perfectly WITHOUT being greasy).

Prepare Glaze:

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp. Dried Onion Flakes

1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

1 1/2 tsp. White Vinegar

3/4 cup Ketchup

Mix thoroughly and drizzle over top of your meatloaf. Cook on low in your crockpot for 5-6 hours or on high for 4 hours. When done, remove from the crock and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
