Broccoli & Beef Stir Fry
Heat in a skillet over medium heat:
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Once oil is very hot, add:
2 to 2-1/2 cups Frozen Broccoli
1/2 Onion, diced
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper to taste
Toss together and cover with lid. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, or until broccoli is bright green and crisp tender. Remove lid and add:
3 cloves Garlic, diced
1/4 tsp Ginger Puree
2 to 4 cups leftover Beef Roast or Steak, sliced
Gently toss to combine and allow to heat through for 1 minute.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine to form a sauce:
1 tsp. Ginger Puree
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Corn Starch
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Pour sauce over meat mixture and continue to cook until sauce is thickened and coating the meat and vegetables. Finish with:
2 tsp. Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
Garnish with Sesame Seeds if desired and serve. Enjoy!
