Broccoli Casserole

Boil for 2-3 minutes:

  • 2 (12 oz) pkg. Broccoli and/or Cauliflower

Remove from heat. Drain well. Place top on saucepan and allow Broccoli to steam for an additional 3-5 minutes. After steaming, pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish.

On stove, combine:

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 6 oz. Evaporated Milk

Heat until this mixture comes together. Add in:

  • 4 oz. grated Cheddar Cheese.

Stir until Cheese is fully melted. Remove from heat and pour over broccoli. Gently fold together until all florets are well coated. Tightly cover and place into a 350° Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and top with:

  • Crispy Fried Onions

Return to oven, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until browned.
