Egg Noodles

So easy and so delicious. You’ll never buy store bought egg noodles again.

In a bowl, combine:

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 egg shell of Milk (that’s my favorite measurement!)

Mix until well combined and turn out onto a flour surface. Roll the dough to the thickness you desire. I prefer for it to be nice and thin. Allow to rest for one hour.

After one hour, cut your noodles into strips and cook in a well seasoned chicken broth or stock for 4-5 minutes. The noodles will be tender but still hold their shape. Serve with anything your heart desires. Enjoy!
