Bluegrass Street Corn

There is something so satisfying about a butter drenched piece of corn on the cob. We’re going to throw in a little garlic, cilantro, and Parmesan just to make it EXTRA good. I hope you enjoy!

In a large pot, add approximately 2” of water and bring to a rolling boil. Add:

  • 5 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob

Partially cover your pot and allow corn to cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, turn of heat and drain your pot of water. Leave corn in the pot covered for an additional 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine:

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter

  • 1 Garlic Clove, smashed

Place in your microwave and heat until the butter is melted. Pour melted butter and garlic over corn and toss to coat. Finish off your corn with:

  • 2 pinches Salt

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp. Cilantro

  • Black Pepper to taste

Enjoy!
