Egg Salad

Creamy and mild, this egg salad is delicious any way you would like to serve it!

To a bowl, add:

  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs, cooled and chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Sweet Onion, minced

  • 2 Tbsp. Red Sweet Pepper, chopped

  • 1 stalk Celery, minced

  • 2 pinches of Salt

  • Black Pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Gently fold together until combined. In a separate bowl, add:

  • 1/3 cup Mayonaisse

  • 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard

  • 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2 tsp. Dill

Stir. Pour dressing over top of the egg mixture, folding together until well coated. Top with:

  • 3 strips Crispy Bacon, chopped

  • 2 tsp. Dried Parsley

  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
