Egg Salad
Creamy and mild, this egg salad is delicious any way you would like to serve it!
To a bowl, add:
8 Hard Boiled Eggs, cooled and chopped
2 Tbsp. Sweet Onion, minced
2 Tbsp. Red Sweet Pepper, chopped
1 stalk Celery, minced
2 pinches of Salt
Black Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Gently fold together until combined. In a separate bowl, add:
1/3 cup Mayonaisse
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Dill
Stir. Pour dressing over top of the egg mixture, folding together until well coated. Top with:
3 strips Crispy Bacon, chopped
2 tsp. Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp. Paprika
