French Toast
In a bowl, whisk together until well combined:
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Heat skillet over medium heat. Place a small pat of butter in skillet and swirl to coat. Dip bread into egg mixture being sure to coat both sides. Place bread into skillet. Watch closely as it can quickly burn. As the underneath side becomes a beautiful golden brown, flip to cook the other side. Repeat process with remaining slices of bread. Top with your favorite fruit and real maple syrup. Enjoy!
