Cole Slaw
Creamy, crunchy, with a bit of a zing… What’s not to love?
To a large bowl, add:
1/3 head Fresh Cabbage, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Onions, finely minced
1 Carrot, shaved using a vegetable peeler
1 handful Fresh Snow or Snap Peas, julienned
For Dressing, in a smaller bowl, combine:
2 heaping Tbsp Mayonaisse
1 heaping Tbsp Sour Cream
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix well. Taste test and adjust seasonings to your desire. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. Serve and Enjoy!
