Pulled Pork
Is there anything better than a good pulled pork sandwich. This delicious recipe is even made in the crock pot. So easy, so full of flavor… I think you’re going to love this one!
To a crock pot, add:
2 lbs Pork Loin or Pork Butt
Season with:
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
3/4 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
Black Pepper to taste
1 tsp Salt
Top roast with:
1 Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, smashed
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
1 cup Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours, or until tender. Once tender, discard 1 cup of cooking liquid. Using two forks, shred pork and veggies. Add:
1 cup BBQ Sauce
Stir to combine. Allow to cook an additional 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve on your favorite hamburger bun and Enjoy!
