Lemon Aioli

This sauce is delicious smothered on anything from chicken to seafood. It’s my favorite on my Crab Cake Sliders as it offers a great lemony flavor with the creaminess of the mayonnaise. Allow it to sit in your refrigerator for at least 4 hours before using for best flavor.

In a small bowl, mix together until well combined:

  • 1 clove Garlic, finely diced

  • 1 tsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp. Fresh Thyme, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 Lemon , first zested then juiced

  • 1 tsp. Honey

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Cover tightly and keep in the refrigerator for up to one month!
