Mushroom Swiss Burger
This deeply savory and satisfying burger is sure to please. The depth of flavor nearly touches your soul, and best of all, it only takes 15 minutes or less to make!

Cook Time: 15 mins
Sprinkle ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder over ¼ lb. ground Beef. Gently form beef into a ball. Using the palm of your hand, smash down the beef to ¼ inch thickness. Making the center slightly thinner than the outer edge.
Season burger patty with:
Salt and Pepper to taste
⅛ tsp. Cumin
Place burger seasoned side down into skillet over a medium high heat. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, or until done. Remove burger from skillet, set aside to rest.
In the same skillet, add:
¼ cup Onions, sliced
1 clove Garlic, minced
Sautee for 2 minutes, then add:
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
Pinch of salt
Black Pepper to taste
½ tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Worcestershire
¼ cup Beef Broth
Cook for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl make a cornstarch slurry, using:
½ tsp. Cornstarch
2-3 Tbsp. Beef Broth
Stir to combine. Add to skillet, cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Return burger to skillet, nestling it down into the gravy. Top with 2 slices Swiss Cheese. Once cheese has melted, serve burger and gravy on your bread of choice. Eat and Enjoy!
