Steak Fajita
This quick and savory recipe brings together tender strips of seasoned beef with a vibrant mix of sautéed onions and bell peppers. The blend of spices adds a subtle warmth, perfect for any occasion.

Cook Time: 15 mins
To a cast iron skillet, over medium heat, add:
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Once hot, add:
¼ Onion, chunked
½ Green Bell Pepper, chunked
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper to taste
¼ tsp. Cumin
Saute 3 to 5 minutes without stirring. Meanwhile, cut into thin strips:
4 oz. partially frozen Steak
Season with:
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ tsp. Coriander
¼ tsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
Gently massage seasoning into the meat. Add the meat to skillet with vegetables, stirring to incorporate. Add:
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
