Overnight Oats

This is a quick and easy way to enjoy your oats in the morning. Prepared the night before, you let them hang out in the fridge overnight. Then pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds in the morning just to take the chill off. If you are a cinnamon head like me, increase the cinnamon to 1/2 tsp for an extra treat!

In a small tupperware container or jar, add:

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1/3 cup Milk

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tbsp Raisins

  • 1 tsp Honey (or to your desired sweetness)

  • Pinch of salt

Stir together to combine. Cover tightly and place in refrigerator overnight or at least 5 hours. In the morning, add:

  • 2 Tbsp Pecans (or the nut of your choosing)

Microwave for 30 seconds and Enjoy!
