Peanut Butter Roll

This recipe was given to me when I was about 10 years old. I make it every year around Christmas time and relish in all of the wonderful memories I have of making it with my sweet Sarah.

In a mixing bowl, stir to combine:

  • 2-1/2 cups Powdered Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

  • Pinch of Salt

Then add:

  • 2 Tbsp. Milk

Stir together. Add additional milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until a stiff dough is formed. Turn out onto well floured surface. Roll dough into a rectangular shape that is approximately 1/8” thick. Spread with:

  • Peanut Butter

Roll from long side of dough to form a log. Cover and place in refrigerator a minimum of two hours. Slice and Enjoy!
