Summer Smoothie

This light and refreshing smoothie is a definite go to for me during the summer. Feel free to add or change the ingredients to make it exactly the way you love it. This recipe makes two smoothies. One for you and one to share.

In a blender, add:

  • 1 (5.3 oz) container Greek Yogurt, any flavor

  • 1 Banana, frozen

  • 1/2 Avocado, frozen

  • Handful of Fresh Spinach

  • 1 stalk Celery, chopped

  • 1/2 Apple, cored but with skin left on

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Milk, as needed to thin out smoothie

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add:

  • Handful of Blueberries, frozen

Blend just until berries are evenly distributed throughout smoothie. Serve and Enjoy!
