Pasta Salad

In a saucepan, bring to a boil:

  • 6 cups Water

  • 2 tsp. Salt

Once boiling, add:

  • 6 oz. Rotini Pasta

Cook according to package directions until al dente. Meanwhile, in a separate serving bowl, add:

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp. White Vinegar

  • 1/2 packet Dry Italian Dressing Mix

  • 1/4 Onion, thinly sliced

  • Pepper to taste

Mix well to combine. Add drained pasta while still hot to dressing mixture, stirring to coat. Add:

  • 1/4 Cucumber, diced

  • 2 oz. Salami, diced

  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, quartered

  • 2 oz. Fresh Mozzarella, cubed

Stir to combine. Top with fresh Basil and Parsley as desired. Serve and Enjoy!
