Broccoli Cranberry Salad

A little bit sweet, a little bit tangy, but bursting with the flavors of fresh veggies. This salad will certainly become one of your favorites.

Servings: 4

Cook Time: 15 mins

In a bowl add:

  • 2 crowns Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces, including stems

  • ¼ Onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 small Carrot, grated

  • ½ Gala Apple, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup dried Cranberries

  • ¼ cup Pecan pieces

For Dressing:

In a small bowl add:

  • ½ cup Mayo

  • 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream

  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Black Pepper to taste

Pour over Broccoli mixture and toss to evenly coat. Server and Enjoy!
