Granola

Lightly sweet with a wonderful texture. Great as a topping for parfaits or by itself as a delicious snack. This simple granola can easily be modified to make it perfect for you and your family. 

Servings: 4                                 Cook Time: 40 mins

To a bowl combine:

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • ½ cup Nuts

  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon

  • ⅓ cup dried Fruit, chopped

  • ¼ cup Coconut Flakes, unsweetened

  • ⅛ tsp. Salt

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

  • ¼ cup Honey

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


Mix well until everything is lightly coated. Pour granola onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Spread into even layer. Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. Stir then press down granola. Bake an additional 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool for at least 45 minutes. Once completely cooled transfer to an airtight container to store.
