Collard Greens
This dish is a savory-sweet delight with smoky bacon, tender collard greens, and a balsamic-honey dressing that adds a tangy sweetness. It’s a mouthwatering mix of textures and tastes that will have you loving your veggies!

Time: 15 mins
In a skillet over medium heat, saute:
1 piece Bacon, chopped
Once fat has rendered add:
¼ Onion, sliced
Cook until they begin to soften, add:
1 lb Collard Greens, washed, dried, and torn into bite size pieces
Pinch of Salt
Pepper to taste
½ cup Water
Cover, reduce heat to a low medium, steam for 3-4 minutes.
Dressing
To a bowl add:
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Ginger Puree
Salt & Pepper to taste
Whisk together. Once the greens have steamed, remove the lid and pour dressing over the greens and allow to cook on low for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add:
¼ cup Cranberries
