Cranberry Chutney

It’s a little bit sweet… a little bit tart… and a whole lot of delicious! This will make you a definite Cranberry Lover.

Cranberry Chutney

Combine in a saucepan:

  • 1 (12 oz) pkg Fresh Cranberries, cleaned

  • 1-3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1 cup Water

Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, or until skins begin popping open. Add:

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cored, and chopped

  • 1 Orange, zest and juiced

  • 1 Lemon, zest and juiced

Cook for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add:

  • 3/4 cups Raisins

  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped

Stir to combine. Let cool completely and transfer to serving bowl. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
