Pork Schnitzel
A classic Pork Schnitzel, with a crispy crust and a burst of citrus.

Cook Time: 20 mins
Breading Station:
On one half of a foil lined cookie sheet add:
½ cup Flour
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Paprika
Stir to combine. On the other half add:
½ cup Panko
In a separate bowl add:
2 Eggs, beaten
Pork Chop Prep:
Using a meat mallet pound:
2 Boneless Pork Chops of ½ inch thickness to ¼ inch thick.
Season Pork Chop with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Dredge Pork Chops in Flour mixture, gently shaking off excess. Dip to coat in Egg. Finally, place in Panko Crumbs, gently pressing to coat evenly.
Cooking:
Heat 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place Chops in skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes per side. Once cooked, place on a paper towel lined plate to rest.
Top with:
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
Fresh Parsley
