Waffles

With its’ incredible crunchy crust and tender texture this family favorite may just be my #1! Top with the syrup of your choosing for a treat you will not forget.

Set iron to heat. In a bowl, add:

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 3 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

Whisk until combined. Then add:

  • 1-1/4 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

  • 2 Eggs

Whisk until well incorporated and no lumps remain. Cook in your waffle iron (per your iron’s instructions) until crisp and golden. Top with anything your heart desires and Enjoy!
